Returns & Refunds Policy
At Solarae Saunas, each sauna is thoughtfully sourced and delivered through our trusted manufacturing partners. Due to the size, nature, and customization of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered production or shipping.
Returns & Refunds
Because our saunas are large, freight-delivered wellness products, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped, except in cases of damage or defect.
If your sauna arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or documentation to assess the issue and coordinate a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Freight Damage
Customers are responsible for inspecting their sauna upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to our team immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and logistics considerations, saunas that have been assembled or used are not eligible for return.
